At The Nail Cottage, every set of press-on nails is handmade with care and love, just for you. Because of the custom nature of my products, I want to be super clear about how returns and refunds work. Please take a moment to read my policy below.
All Sales Are Final
Since each set is handcrafted to order, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Please double-check your nail sizes, design selections, and shipping information before checking out.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I want you to absolutely love your nails! If your order arrives damaged or if there’s an error on my end:

Please email me at thenailcottagebusiness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or error.
Once reviewed, I'll do my best to fix the issue — whether that means sending a replacement, store credit, or another solution depending on the situation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they’ve been marked as Delivered by USPS.
If this happens, please reach out to USPS directly to file a claim.
Cancellations
Because orders are started quickly after being placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After that window, your order will already be in progress and can’t be canceled.
Custom Orders
Custom designs are created just for you — which means they can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
I 'llalways send photos or confirm details before starting any custom work to make sure it’s exactly what you want!
