Processing Time
Every set of press-on nails is handmade with love and care.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping.

During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, it might take a few extra days — thank you for your patience!
You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. 💌
Shipping Within the U.S.
Right now, I ship within the United States only.
Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3–5 business days

Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on USPS delays, weather, or holiday volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
I also offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50! 🎉
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update once it’s been shipped.
Wrong Address or Undelivered Packages
Double-check your shipping info before placing your order — I want your nails to arrive safely!
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, I'll happily reship it, but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re marked as Delivered by USPS.
If your package seems lost in transit, please reach out to USPS to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, email me at thenailcottagebusiness@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number — I'll do my best to make it right. 💖
Local Pickup (Sequim, Washington)
If you’re nearby in Sequim, Washington, I offer free local pickup! You’ll get an email with all the pickup details once your order is ready.
